Leading the way in hospice care

Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care is a patient-led charity that delivers palliative and end of life care to people who have advanced life-limiting illnesses living in North west Surrey.

Each year we care for thousands of patients, their carers and families. Over 80% of our care is provided out in the community in patients homes, alongside the care provided at our Hospice in Woking.

Join us in our 25th year as we celebrate the care we have given to many thousands of people with life limiting and terminal illnesses over the last two and half decades, as well as providing support services to their carers and families.

Now in our 25th year the Hospice will be hosting a series of special events throughout 2022 to celebrate, remember and thank those who have enabled access to care that is free of charge.
