Pension Schemes

Clinical and Medical can remain in the NHS scheme subject to eligibility. 

Hospice Staff can join Royal London with a 4% employer contribution.  

Clinical & Medical Staff, 27 days rising to 29 days after five years service, rising to 30 days after 10 years service. If 10 years NHS service 33 days are granted.

Hospice Staff, 25 days rising to 27 days after 2 years service, rising to 28 days after 5 years service.  

  

We offer training and development opportunities across the Hospice organisation including apprenticeships and professional development.

Our Garden Café based at the Hospice in Goldsworth Park offers a range of hot and cold food options including sandwiches and jacket potatoes. Hot and cold drinks and snacks with a discount offered to all members of staff.
