Our Senior Management Team are continually reviewing all of the latest Government updates and the guidance issued to us from Infection Control at Ashford and St Peter's Hospital. It is our priority to keep our patients and their visitors and our staff and volunteers safe.

In-patient Ward

Visiting hours have now returned to normal. Our main Reception is open from 8am - 6pm but we operate an open visiting policy.

If you arrive outside of the normal Reception open hours please use the intercom call system which is on the wall to the left of the main
entrance.

Please be aware that certain times of the day may be taken up by nursing care or medical reviews.

It is no longer compulsory for visitors to the hospice to wear a mask, however if you prefer to we can supply these if you do not have one.

You should NOT visit if you have tested positive for Covid in the last 10 days or you have any symptoms.

Good respiratory hygiene and hand washing is still recommended. Please dispose of tissues in the bins provided and wash your hands regularly when visiting. There is also plenty of hand sanitizer provided throughout the Hospice building.

Wellbeing Centre

Is open for our Day-patients. Again precautious are being taken.

Hospice Garden Café

The café will remain closed to the General Public but will be open for staff use and for visitors to the In-patient Unit and Wellbeing Centre.
