We’re moving to your new hospice…

It’s with great pleasure that we can inform you that your new hospice in Goldsworth Park is now open, and from today, Wednesday 24 May, we are admitting new referrals straight to our new state-of-the-art building.

We have put together a very thorough transition programme to ensure that patients are admitted to the new hospice, or transferred from the original hospice in Hill View Road, safely and with as little disruption as possible. All in-patients effected by this will have received information and guidance.

Read our full Patient information transfer leaflet

Following the admission of our in-patients, the Day Unit will recommence on the 30 May in the Wellbeing Centre at the new hospice.

The Woking Community Team will be based at the new hospice and the Sam Beare Community Team will remain in Weybridge.

Please be advised that there will be no change to the referral process. In the event you have any queries please keep these contact numbers to hand:

In-patients: 01483 881750
Woking Community Team [Woking]: 01483 881755
Sam Beare Community Team [Weybridge]: 01932 598385

We will also shortly be opening our new café at the hospice in Goldsworth Park, were you can purchase a selection of coffee and tea, freshly made cakes, sandwiches, salads and many more delicious delights. It is a wonderful space and will open out onto a beautifully landscape garden. We hope that you will enjoy this new facility and please do invite your family and friends along too.

We are very excited about the opening of the new build, and on behalf of all of us at Woking & Sam Beare Hospices we look forward to welcoming you.

We still need your support; read more about our new build appeal here.
