Woking FC Manager Alan Dowson donates Conference South Play Off medal to support Woking & Sam Beare Hospices.
A prized possession for any Woking FC fan, the medal one of a limited number given to the team and support staff at the club and represents a very successful season and a significant moment in the Cards’ history.
“I am delighted to give my winner’s medal, one of only 23 awarded, from the season to such a worthy and important cause as Woking & Sam Beare Hospices. I have come to learn a lot more about the charity and the great work they do over the last 6 months and it has really touched me. The care they provide for our local community is really amazing and if by donating my medal to be auctioned I can help them raise more invaluable funds then I will be very happy. Woking & Sam Beare Hospices will be running a silent auction to win the medal and raise funds to provide care for the local community.

The medal represents so much and as a fan myself I know there will be many people who will want to own this very special piece of Woking FC memorabilia. The deadline for the silent auction will be 12 noon on Friday 12 July and the winner of the auction will be announced on Saturday 13 July at the pre-season game against Oxford United.

Payment will be taken by cheque, credit card or cash and payment must be made within 24 hours of the auction deadline on 12 July. If the winning bidder cannot be contacted or if payment cannot be made within this timeframe Woking & Sam Beare Hospices will contact the next highest bidder.
During the Silent Auction the value of the highest bid, excluding any personal information, will be published on our website here.
